Description
Villa "Ližnje Moro" is located in a quiet, wooded area near the tourist town of Fažane. It spreads over 10,000 m2 beautifully groomed lawns, and on the edges of the property borders the dense coniferous forests. The property consists of a main house where there are 4 very comfortable apartments with Wi Fi internet, LCD TVs, air conditioning and all necessary equipment. On the ground floor is a large hall with a fireplace and a billiard ideal for larger gatherings (20 people). Outside the building is a covered outdoor kitchen with dining area, outdoor swimming pool 50 m2, storage room for bicycles, umbrellas, beach chairs, outdoor tables and chairs, parking for 7 cars and a small shed built with mowers and tools for maintenance holtikulture on the property. Ideal facility capacity is 16 people. The main floor rooms and the entire facility is ideal for giving presentations to external customers and maintaining internal company courses that mandatory monthly formal meeting with its directors decided to maintain in a slightly different environment. It is also suitable for small informal team building to the pool, bicycles, badminton, football or a game of cards offering long walks through thick century-old pine trees. Outdoor pool of 50 m2 lounge chairs and umbrellas is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and refreshing day in the hot summer months, but also creates a wonderful atmosphere for socializing in quiet nights where meetings are held frequently guests of Villa Ližnje Moro. Just a few meters from the pool there is a fully equipped open kitchen with a covered outdoor garden furniture for dining and sipping drinks. Equipped with Hi - Fi stereo, a large cooler full of cold drinks is at your fingertips. It is an ideal place to relax in the long, hot summer nights but also very useful outdoor space for socializing during the day.

Why visit Fažana?

Fažana was the summer destination for Roman patricians, who built numerous villas in the area. Today is called Gate of Brijuni, located on the other side of a 3-kilometre wide channel, only 15 minutes by boat.
Fažana has a rich fishing and agricultural tradition, and it can be described as a typical small vacation spot that thrills its visitors by homemade food based on sardines, olive oil and good wine. Church of St Cosmas and Damian are located only a meter above sea level. It was built in the 16th century in the Gothic style and it has a 27 meter high bell tower. In the Fažana pier (riva) the biggest attraction is the Sardine Park, a promenade with sculptures of this typical Croatian fish. The pier also features the reception and boat port for the Brijuni National Park. There is also very long Fažana promenade with beautiful camp Bi Village.
